    I am not a sewer, but plan on learning. Ok, I can sew a bit, and have a nice machine thtat my mil gave to me, but I am not very good at it. What is the difference between a regular machine and a serger? I plan on one day making quilts for my kids. The machine I have now is a Bernina.

    No, it tastes more like beef. I just meant it used to be my favourite until I tried lamb. They taste nothing alike. ( I had never had lamb before we processed our own.) and when I say it tastes like beef, beef pales in comparison.

    No, moose is lean and used to be my favourite meat until I tried our pasture raised lamb. I prefer it to bear, which would be comparable to pork in fat content, but def not in taste. Although it has been way too many years since I had either. :hit

    It would last alot longer if you could get it unground and grind it yourself, as needed. It would go rancid before not too long, but I wouldn't know the time frame.

    A composting toilet can be as simple as a 5 gallon gbucket with some wood shavings in it. and put a toilet seat on it. Every time you go, add some more shavings, when full, dump in a dedicated spot to actually compost. sorry, tha is all I have for now. :hugs
