I have a pampered chef on and have had it for about 12 years. Never had a problem with it, and have't evenhad to replace theblade, even though I do use it every year for apple season, and the occasional apple pie/crumble.

Wow, sorry. WE have a type of barter program going on where you join a mailing list, and post what you need done. It is expected that you contribute to something you are capapble of withing the next several months. One guy had a barn built this way.
Bartered our old riding lawnmower and a snowblower, both motors run well, but need other mechanical work to get them going again, --for a chainsaw. Our neighbour, who is retired, likes to piddle with thtings like those, and gave us a reconditioned (by him) fairly new chainsaw. Win win :D

I have an abundance of natural non treated apples this year, so I was wondering......exactly how do I go about making hard cider. I have some apples ready to go for ACV, but go to thinking, we could be making hard cider also. I know skr8pn has made some, anyone else? Skr8pn--care to chime in??
