    Wow! That sounds like quite the experience. I have thankfully never had a run-in with bear but I used to live in Oregon and when my dad and I were elk hunting, We ran across some cougar scat. Ha! Yeah. That would scare the crap out of anyone! Thank goodness you didn't have a face-off with it...

    Hey y'all! I am a hobby farmer from the western United States! I've been working on gardening type stuff for about 6 years(I think) so I'm not a TOTAL greenhorn but I have a lot to learn. As far as animals, I think that's been closer to 7 years. Though I haven't been super consistent on either...
