Thanks OF I found that site useful! We all need to be prepared, even if it is just for a few days worth. You can never tell when something as simple as a job loss will be your catastrophe. We need to make sure though that ina catastrophe all of our supplies will be safe from say jars breaking in an earthquake. I was thinking of packing mine in a storm cellar.

This list was so helpful in getting me to organize my shopping and preps, and I still carry a copy with me, annotated with what I need to buy when I win the lottery.
