I started a new planner. It's about 3" thick! A page for every day! I blocked off time for my resolutions. The biggest time hog is walking.
In the past I have needed to do things when I was able to do them - totally random, usually inconvenient. Now that I'm healthier I can live on a schedule like normal people. I've never done that before! I scheduled grocery trips and errands when they make sense. I'll meal plan around them. I hope this affects my spending. I really need to cut back. A lot.
