Roasting them worked. Not fantastic, but good. I mixed spices in olive oil, dredged chunks of turnip and rutabaga in it and roasted at 450 degrees.
No, DH doesn't like it, but I do and I'll try it next time!Did ya try sprinkling them with some balsamic vinegar? We really like most of our roasted veggies with a nice drizzle.
Just keep 'em moist...and your fingers crossed!Fem the little figs had one leaf each when I planted them. No signs of life but I'm not counting them out yet.
