Carrots are harvested. I replanted the bed in more carrots in hope for a winter harvest.

In other news ive decided to stop uploading videos to youtube. Its just too time consuming when we are already busy enough

I enjoyed your videos, at least the ones that I saw! I can't watch them at home - internet is too slow and watching at work isn't encouraged lol. But I can only imagine the time involved in creating them. I hope that means you'll be around here more often!

Good job. A LOT of HARD work went into those 18 pints. Folks who don't garden or can don't have a clue what is involved. Last week, I mentioned to a co-worker that I would be planting a lot of potatoes this summer to help offset the huge jump that I anticipate we will be seeing in our food supply prices this fall. Her response: "I'll buy potatoes from you." My response: "I'll be using all I produce, but you could grow some." She does keep a small garden, and has the space for more. She replied, "I've heard that potatoes get bugs. I don't want to deal with that!"
