I found a chore to do that required sitting in front of the fan hahaha. I grated 3 pounds of carrots and one of daikon. It's now salted and I think the usual 24 hours to sit under weights until I put in the brine is too much in this heat. It'll get weird. So tonight before bed, I'll brine it.

Now I can feel I was productive today lol.

I also vacuumed. And hand washed bras.

Any tips on how to grate food without losing so much skin and nails into it? I am sure it adds extra nutrition at least. Also, my grater is DULL. I need to get a new one next week. Until I can afford to replace my burned out food processor, stuck doing it by hand. Hah. The old grater can go to the craft room for dyes or soaps or whatever.
