Okay. Everyone give me some advise.
I want to grind my own wheat and see if I die eating it.
So....
Advice on grinders?
And where do I get the wheat?
Then I'll learn sour dough.
My only hope for doughnuts is unsweetened wheat sour doughed and drop happy little balls into fat and fry them and then coat them in ganache
Which sounds SO amazing good right now that I am going to do this as soon as I can. Probably a few paychecks into the new job So by autumn.

Best deep fryers? Or a deep pot and thermometer work best?
