Ahhhh!!!! My vanilla ears!

Anyway, I better get to bed. Since abi made dessert I made chili. It's a red chili I made from the roasted red peppers I bought at the farmer's market last fall and put away in the freezer

I am even leaving a slow cooker full for hubby. He get the version with anasazi beans. Abi gets the no beans version.

The coconut cream filling is soft! WOOOT! That was my entire goal. That means I can ball it, freeze it for dipping, and when it thaws, it'll still be soft. *dances*

I used 5 ounces coconut milk, 2 T coconut oil, and about 3 T coconut butter. Melted it together and then dumped in a cup of shredded coconut.

Pinkfox... sweet! I belong to a few forums too. I like the zombie apocalypse one. It's like our beloved SS forum only... more zombies. Fewer gardens. Much shotgun. LOL.

Pudding peed on my mom's coat yesterday!!! Not sure if it's cuz it was her or the other kitty smell. She has NEVER done such a thing. So I'm putting your stuff up high just in case.

We did coconut dipped in chocolate, bacon ganache rolled in cocoa, and mayan chocolates.

Also, so far so good on this boy. We went to have tea together. He was really respectful. As in, he didn't ask where I lived and said we'd talk tonight about him picking me up, so I could easily and safely back out without him knowing where to find me

They were totally nom!

It was such a girl day. Dipped chocolates, prepared a picnic lunch (homemade chili), went to the park and watched the people and the geese. It was mating season and the boys were all showing off. What a riot!!!

Then we worked on some sewing and watched some comedy.
