How strange about the aching hips! I usually have one that hurts when I lie on my side, but today, both hip joints hurt big-time. What's the deal? Sun spots? Barometric pressure? Alien invasion? BB, I am gonna have to get some fermented cod liver oil. Sounds like it is really helpful!:)
I think its the bursa? reacting to pressure changes.

25 degrees and the sun feels hot -- only an Alaskan!

I'm just teasing you Bubbling. I hope you feel better soon. We've had temps fluctuate between 30s at night and 70s some days. So many people here sick, me included, and all blaming it on the weather changes.

Funny y'all mention hips. I have one messing up too. I can't put my left foot on my knee to put on shoes. I'm too young to not be able to put on my shoes. :pleb

Mine is caused by years of sitting cross-legged on the floor, or tucking my left leg up under me when I sit. Can't decide what to do about it. My right elbow went wonky about 18 months ago and it hurt to straighten it or bear weight. Homeopathic arthritis tabs helped slightly, but it took a year to go away. I dunno if I'm getting to "that age" or what, but I don't like the prospect of not being able to move properly for a year, or for the rest of my life!

I'm sorry for all y'all with suffering hips. And I hope your springtime comes full on soon, Bubbling, but that you feel better right away. :)

 Because we are closer to the sun, we feel it differently then it is felt in the mid west. The angle is different.
Its quite intense actually.

I used to have trouble turning my head to the left fully due to how I tend to sleep. Hitting a moose at 50 mph loosened that up :/
I know Chiropractors can do wonders with figuring out what is out of whack. I recommend that method, rather then getting in a wreck ;)

Ah, forgot about the sun thing. Wow, you guys have intense sun AND that long cold season!!!

A moose at 50mph? Wow ... Sure am glad it helped rather than a serious injury.

There was a wonderful chiropractor where I used to live. He only charged $25 for initial visit including x-rays. I had a number of friends who went to him regularly. When anyone came to my work looking for a chiropractor we'd always send them to him.

I might look into that when I can. It's just a nuisance ... One particular way I can't move. I can bend down at the waist to do my shoes, or raise my leg behind me to do sandal straps. It's just very weird to have to do.

If you read back in my journal, you can see the pics of the wrecked car and us.

Thanks for the cod liver oil tip, I'll have to tell Hubby. He is our weathervane, but it is his knees....he can predict weather changes like clockwork and he is sometimes more reliable than the local weather guy! :gig

I am only as far north as Washington State, but I agree that the sun seems more intense here. I lived in California most of my life, much of it on the beach, but got more tan here in Washington than I ever did down south.

Ugh! We are experiencing huge temperature swings now.
Night time lows of -10 down to -20, and daytime highs of 20-25 above. Sun is actually hot now :ya

Its making my body ache so much. I actually thought I was coming down with the flu last night!
I feel fine in the morning, and about the time the temps hit the highest point, I am very achy.

EmergenC and FCLO are not cutting it this time around,so I'm sure I'm not sick :/

:fl Just a few more weeks till summer!
Maybe your just thawing out??? ;)

feel better, :hugs

Haha, thawing out!

*superwoman cape flies in wind* dude, I'm too young to feel any aches :p I've broken my foot, my finger (never went to the dr for the first), hairline fractured my hip, whacked my back out, gotten concussions, all thanks to horses LOL. I would get right back on my pony and ride, like the young invincible idiot I am :gig

However, the stonach flu last month, and cold this month make me cry and whimper and ask my mommy for help LOL.
