This sounds interesting, but what is stevia? I've never heard of it.

It's an herb that tastes sweet.

It gets bitter when cooked, though LOL.

I like the stevia plant, the leaves are sweet and nice tasting. The one time I bought stevia packets in the store, it was naaaasty. I ended up pitching them, and usually I don't throw anything away.
I just couldn't handle the grassy aftertaste. But fresh was great.
