I build them. They do sit quite low, but if you build the chair right, it's not really a problem. I took the classic chair and lengthened the seat by a couple inches and made it more comfortable under the knees and made it to recline a bit more than the ordinary chair. The trick is to contour the seat and back to fit a human being, too many people make them like a regular chair, no contours. The back needs to be slightly cupped as well. If done right, you won't want to get out of it.
