i guess on the upside, my crazy old man neighbor who uses a full sized tractor to mow his now-one-acre lot couldnt do it anymore and then he wouldnt be coming over to my side to mow down my "weeds".. i mean my hay?

that is just ridiculous.

I guess it means you'd have the right to ask to see his CDL before your weeds got the "axe".
