I would say it's a way to help you organize and set up routine for keeping your house clean but it's really so much more than that. She often says a few of the quotes the gals and I posted like: "You can do anything in 15 minutes", "Jump in where you are at", "FLY - Finally Loving Yourself" and "CHAOS - Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome". She, Marla/FlyLady, is about taking care of yourself while you take care of others. After all, if you aren't healthy and well cared for, you'll burn out, wear down and get sick. You won't be able to care for your family when you are like that. www.flylady.net

the best tip for me was to get up and get completely dressed, even shoes. the only problem for me was constantly going in and out to the (muddy, snowy, cold) barnyard..... so i use sturdy slip on shoes in the house. easy to change into barn boots that way.
AB: do YOU know where your laundry is!!?!?
hee hee hee i love when they say that.. like its going to run away... hee hee hee
Oh! Oh! Oh! I forgot to mention. DH was super motivated last night and cleaned the entire kitchen ceiling to floor last night. I couldn't believe it when I woke up.
