What about Cairo then? It's a bit more south, closer to Kentucky and Missouri from the movie clip. I would imagine the weather would be a bit more conducive.

I just looked at home prices there and we're talking CHEAP!!!! $13,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath was the cheapest.

If we had a large enough group of people it would work to take over a place like Cairo for a return to subsistence farming, but too few and some of us would need jobs off the farm and Cairo's biggest problem is a lack of jobs.
