Anxiety Treatment Options?

Had a good night's sleep last night, first in a long while.

The wife says I look like a new man. Ha!

Actually called the ex last night, to give her a heads up. This is the last year of support payments. She was supportive and encouraging. That relationship has greatly improved too.

I had recently reengaged with a local unit of a national youth organization I have been with for about ten years. I have started ramping up my time since October, actively updating the website and attending meeting. Last night I gave my first training session to the youth in like 4 years.

It felt so good to be back in a positive environment

So it's Friday. Been an up and down week. More positive than negative. I am always amazed with the support provided by my online "internet creeper friends" (and acquaintances). thank you.

The ups and downs of life. Sometimes we need the downs so that we appreciate the ups. Losing a job is usually a down, but in your case, it's an UP if I've ever seen one.

A few years ago I went through a pretty horrific time in my life and I was depressed and angry about it for a long time. Then, about a year or so ago I looked back at how things unfolded since and realised that the bad stuff helped bring about changes for the better, so in a way it was a good thing that happened, even though it was pretty awful to experience at the time. Everything happened for a reason
