Anyone here crochet?

I love Ravelry for ideas! I knit and crochet. And my MIL just taught me a new crochet technique- a double ended afghan hook and two colors of yarn- chain across, then pick up the stitches on the needle in one color. switch ends, change color and take stitches off in second color, put back on needle in that second color. Switch ends and go back to the first color. It comes out really cool- ribbed and one color on one side, second color on the other side. I will try to get some pictures of my scarf I made later today.

Yay! I started a scarf for my little princess!

She got two pretty cream colored sweaters for her birthday so I got a cream/ blue/purple blend. It will be pretty with the sweaters and jeans ! I am so excited. I worked on it for about 30 minutes this morning but now she is home so here I sit!!

She is gone to Brownie encampment all day Saturday so I hope to finish it then!
