Sorry, how many soap bars will I need to send you? I'm confused as usual. :p
Hello BBH,

You'll send ONE LESS than the total of participants. We close joiners on Nov. 11 (giving folk time to sign up). The cap is 12 though. So, you'll not have to send more than 11 IF the swap fills up.

Let me know if you have more questions. ;)

I only make 2 lb batches, so my soap would have to be a mix of scents from different batches. But it sounds like fun!

Hello ladies:

I stopped by the post office today. They have a medium sized flat rate box which is $10.95. It should hold products from our swap nicely.

Stopping in to check on things. It looks like we have enough for a nice swap even at six participants. Anybody have an idea of what they'll be making?

Would that mean we can use the $5 flat box instead? That would be awesome :)

I might send my salt bar made with 1/2 soap, 1/2 salt, WI snow for the liquid and wintergreen/rosemary/peppermint EOs for the scent.
It's a fun bar and often a type of soap that people haven't tried before...

Hello,

"We can close out the name-taking on November 11 so everyone will know exactly how many soaps to make."

If the number stays at six I don't see why full-sized bars would not fit into the $5 box. On the other hand it would have been way cool if we had 12 participants. The boxes are so way cool when they are returned to you. :celebrate

Swappers,

We have six folk wanting to play with us, :thumbsup! Two more days and we close out do you know anyone wanting to spread their soaping wings and join us? The cool thing about an Anything Goes Swap is that it is all about fun and comraderie. If you are new to soapmaking, want to learn additional techniques, try new things, simply want to share and have fun, then this swap is for you.

I'm kinda new here and don't know many people (working on it), but this swap will be a :woot and I know after seeing our photos folk will say to themselves, "Gee, I shoulda played!". Remember, our stuff is not due until NEXT YEAR giving plenty of time to get your other obligations completed. If you find yourself soaping later than you had expected simply place the birth date of your soap on the label that way swappers will not to add cure time before using it! Easey peasey.

Really looking forward to our swap. :love I've got in mind the soap I will make for you now I'm thinking about packaging. What about you?

Five weeks until our soaps are due in so I can get them out to you as quickly as possible. I usually try for a six-week soap cure. What about you ladies? I'll put the "birth date" of my soap so you can decide how long you want to wait or use it immediately upon receipt. It'll definitely be cured enough to use. I'm going to do a goat milk soap to pamper your lovely skin! ;)

Hello--Would you like to pm me with your address? And, to reiterate, I send in 5 soaps with $5 (or a little more) for flat-rate shipping? Thanks!
