I guess the thing that confuses me now is that the process for using ACV appears to be different for all; not to mention that there has been no discussion of the source of ACV.
I had no idea that when I started to use this, I was using "Applecider flavor Vinegar" and not real ACV. Fortunately, I did not notice all that much difference. However, that may have been because I was using the honey to "mellow" the rather severe taste of the vinegar.
YesterdayI discovered a product in the food market in the city 65 miles away from my home which is "real" ACV. It is recommended by the Braggs who are N.D.'s.
So now my question to all is "does anyone have any opinion or feelings as to whether one form of ACV is better than any other? Is it because of the organism that is used to convert the alcohol to vinegar or some other explanation?
Still confused by it all. Haven't had any major joint improvements just yet...
