This gives me an idea I like both sauerkraut and beets. Maybe try a gallon test batch next year .

I need to ferment more than I do... always room for improvement that's for sure.

Ingredients: cabbage*, carrots*, beets*, real salt, caraway, & love. *organically grown

Azure Standard drop day.

Everyone grab a package off the tailgate. Find the name on the package and the name plate in the parking lot. Set the package down behind the name plate. Go back for another package.

Frozen packages are unloaded last and in the reefer in the front of the trailer. Same deal, find the name on the package and the name plate in the parking lot.

Once the unload is complete, check your packages with the drop coordinator, load up and head back to the farm.

Yep it's really that easy... And we got to meet new "like minded" people. Plus one little boy kept waving at me, made my day . His mom said I look a lot like his grand paw. I said that OK, I'm paw paw to many kids, what's one more?
