I LOVED peanut butter and bacon cookies (who doesn't love ANYTHING with bacon in it? ) so I'm sure these will be fabulous!

Hmmm, how about using bacon grease instead of butter? They'd be more chewy, not so crispy.....I prefer lard to butter in cookies, but I do like a chewier cookie over crispy.
