I dunno, normally as long as it's just me-myself-and-I eating it, I'll eat some fairly funky meat in general, but I am not comfortable messin' around with off-smelling grocery-store poultry. One of the *very very* few times I've ever had food poisoning was from that.

You can of course cook the *bejeebers* out of it, and add plenty of spices, and eat it anyhow; but given the stuff you know is lurking in grocery store chicken meat, just waiting to multiply, I'm certainly not going to advocate it.

I actually got salmonella poisoning at a family cookout after eating chicken. Family had grilled chicken, but wasn't done enough. I was so sick, thought i was dying.

Okay. Definitely bad hee hee. I chewed a piece and it tasted off so I spit it out and tossed it.
