Getting on towards storage season. Since I don't have a garden, I "nest" by cleaning lol.

OH I forgot to mention we finally got the deed for the garden lot! So next spring we are gonna expand, hopefullY!!!

Yeh. I like fermenting because I can ignore it and forget what I'm doing and it goes bad. And that's what it's SUPPOSED to do.

I dont like it cause it takes to long!! I like it all pertyyyy in the jar and tasty in my mouth.........

If I lived closer, I'd suggest swapping some fermented foods for canned
