So far...

blackberry jam (set beautifully)
ginger-peach jam (more of a sauce >.> I didn't have enough pectin lol!)
plum jam (set!)
chinese plum sauce
plum chutney
ketchup
cranberry ketchup

:)

This weekend I'm doing the thai sweet-hot sauce from the pepper jelly thread. And the pepper jelly LOL.

I have fruit (mixed berries and blackberries) for another jam.

Auntie is gathering tomatoes (cheaper for her) and we're going to do a tomato sauce cookoff at her house to can.

And I have a list of other things to work on over the rest of autumn... like mustard... apple sauce... marmalade (apples and oranges aren't really good here yet)....

Yes, it is addicting. The sound of the metallic *ping* when you are sitting and relaxing after everything is cleaned up is truly a sweet sound.

Buff, don't fret about the tomatoes. I'm making a run on Saturday to go buy 2-3 bushel to make different sauces this weekend. Between the crappy weather, whatever it is that is spoiling what tomatoes I did grow, and hungry chickens, I've only picked about a a bushel from the garden.
