Congrats on the basement! Been there, done that, so I know how you feel. Mine will be even better after mid-April or so. I plan on having a yard sale, possibly at my son's. That will get rid of a ton of junk. :/

I have an almost 17-year old daughter, ain't nothing you can bring to the table that I ain't already seen.

Pantry is still a mess. If I get my new dehydrator tomorrow, it will force a "reorganization domino effect" into motion.

- a mozzarella/ricotta cheese making kit
- a book on home cheese making
- the Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving
