If you look in the front and/or back of your bible, you will likely find a note somewhere that shows that when LORD is in all capitals, it is where the oldest manuscripts had either Yahweh or Jehovah, the Tetragrammaton or the four Hebrew letters that are commonly translated as either Yahweh or in modern English as Jehovah. Many modern Bible versions have removed the divine name and replaced it with titles such as LORD. Since our Creator has not and will not take the form of a human, it had to be angelic representatives sent by Him.

If you can't find the note, it is often found in a foot note at Exodus 6:3.

Sorry Free, I have to disagree. First off, we're told in John 14 that the Word (Christ) became flesh and dwelt amongst us. John 10:30 He claims equality w/the Father. I and the Father are one. Phil 2:5-11 talks about Jesus taking human form, dying on the cross and the day when eventually, every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God, the Father. This cannot be an angel since we are NEVER to worship angels. These are just a couple of passages.

As for the passage in Genesis, When Abraham is talking, he states in verse 25, shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? There is only one that has the right to judge, and that's Jesus.

If you look up the note I was referring to, you will see what I am talking about. If you have a good concordance for your version, that will clear it up, too. Even "versions" differentiate between "Lord" (Jesus) and "LORD" (the Creator) and will indicate this in a note somewhere. A concordance will be more useful, or even an Interlinear translation. A version reflects the beliefs of the translators, a translation or an interlinear translation will be more clear and true to the oldest known manuscripts. So if you are using a version, a look at the translator's notes and a concordance is a must in order to get closer to the original intention of the writer.

Ps. 110:1 is a good example.

I'd be getting pretty irritated about now. If I end up buying worms online I'll make sure to ask you their name first.

I was thinking of getting my worms from the local bait shop. Hearing about them possibly coming frozen or dead, that is looking a lot more appealing.
