My tins are old too...I use inexpensive paper cupcake liners. If you have a bulk restaurant supply store ( Smart & Final ) you can get several hundred for a few bucks...or try the dollar store, maybe even Michaels. Not sure what type of stores are near you. I like using the liners because I am lazy....I know it is wasteful, but I still do it!
