Well I just gave you a pictorial to follow!!Thanks for sharing! Gosh, I miss homegrown pork. We used to butcher, but didn't process the meat ourselves. It's something I'd love to learn to do.

A little salty, but good. I did one slab in salt and brown sugar, the other slab in a purchased maple run. It has been a learning experience for all of us.But, but, but.... how was the bacon??????
