Best pressure canner, dehydrator?

I've never had a problem canning on mine. But that being said, I'll never buy another one. It's almost impossible to keep clean.

I agree, I really dislike mine. Uneven, slow heating, pulsing up and down, way too hard to keep clean. But I have canned on it with my big Presto, and had no problem. I kept my eye on the pressure gauge, but it didn't really cause much of a problem. You just can't go take a nap while it's doing its thing.
