We actually bought ours six or seven years ago, through a local (about 40 miles away) store that sold 50# sacks of durum wheat. They have since stopped carrying it due to the low volume of sales. We've made past with our hard red winter wheat and it has come out ok, but we're still looking into a source for more durum, but as of yet we haven't located a suppliers where it would be cost efficient to order it.Pirtykitty said:Who do you order your durum wheat from ?????
Edited to say: My wife corrected me, it was hard white spring wheat that she used for pasta. Sorry.
