Heck, I could do this without the sauce and be just as happy!

Might be good with some nacho cheese in there too. The sauce really pulls this recipe together, and holds the meat together.

Well I just figured out this wasn't my idea, or at least not exclusively...who knew there were a dozen other recipes for big mac casserole on the web?!!? Even Weight Watchers has one!!! I thought it was kinda funny

Thanks for that. I will have to try it. My SIL is sick and I am making casseroles for my stepdaughter and her kids each week. This one is going on my list
