Blood in Goat droppings

When checking on the goats the other day, I found a patch of blood on the flattened grass. I looked closely, it was maybe a cups worth(?) and it had one dropping in the middle of it, and there was a little on another pile of droppings(both definitely from a particular goat).
She's about four years old, she's had twins once, a couple of years ago, she's not in kid now, she's a little thin because they'd been locked in due to difficult weather. I'm really quite worried because the droppings were very normal, and I can't find anything resembling this situation on the internet. I'm really hoping someone can help me...

I'm sorry, I've raised goats for a long time and I've never seen that problem. Sure hope someone else has some ideas for you, but it might be time to get a veterinarian involved.

Nope, it's so strange, she has been as normal as ever since then. Milk production isn't the highest but the weathers not greta, otherwise, no, nothing at all. Wierd. But good. I think.
