Bored today--do you

I get like this sometimes, but it seems to be mostly when I have 15 things to do or get done. For whatever reason, I can't seem to get my to-do list in order. So I do what I am doing now, just hanging out.

Like Lori, DS and I plan to hit the woods today to kick up some turkeys or whatever else we can harvest.

As for the house stuff, not in the mood today, but DW will get after me if I don't at least clean the bathrooms. If I wanna go hunting I will have to get them done.

I get like that when the things on the to do list are all the ones I keep moving forward and I hate them all. Don't want to pretend I'm happy, don't want to talk, watch tv, hang out with the chicks. Then when you do force yourself something else always comes up from doing it. Yuck days, I'm having one today.

I think this wintertime funk is called Hibernation!!!! We ate, played and sunned ourselves all summer. Now it's time to hunker down stay warm and recharge.

At least that what I call it.

yep, for me it's around the time of my dreaded monthly friend.

Time for a comfy chair, a blankie, a hot cup of tea and a good movie.

While I wasn't in a funk today, I do get like that sometimes. Although I did ignore the housework and chores somewhat. It was such a beautiful day, my daughter and I went for a long horseback ride. My backside will be sore tomorrow, but it was well worth it.

glad to know everyone has the funk days. I am still bored by the way, off to watch some tv with Nicole now before bed time.

I think I am hitting the hay early tonight also. I usually don't go to sleep til 12 or so....maybe 10 tonight. Hmmm...sounds good.

how can you possibly stay up until midnite!?!?!? golly... i've been gone all day and i'm wiped out. i'm about to go to bed. i think the last time i went to bed before 9 was when i was 11.

I have those days when I walk through the house and see everything that needs to be done. Do I want to do it? Nooooooo!

Usually it's the days when I don't know where to start. If I do one thing, it will lead to another. Or, I can't finish that one thing without doing 3 other things first.

I kind of walk around the house in a stupor and get frustrated with myself. I'll eventually snap out of it and against every being in my body, reach down and pick up something from the floor. Which will, of course, lead to something else . . .
