I realize my on a whim doesn't cut it.

I will make an effort for 1 night per week.

We only have Sunday breakfast when Tony is off from work in his rotation....(he does the 12 hr day shift that rotates) so it doesn't happen that often. A real sit down all out Southern breakfast.

I will be sure to add that into my menu plan. I just have to remember it cause a million times I say, what to make for dinner? Ugh

Great ideas on the thread!!

I'm not sure what does/doesn't "count" as breakfast vs dinner foods, but I'd say once or twice a week at least. Egg-and-sausage burritos, miscellaneous-vegetable frittata, fried egg sammiches, occasionally an omelet, occasionally french toast to go with soup.

We're getting 8-9 eggs per day and I have not bothered to find paying customers yet (tho I do give a bunch away for free) so we have considerable incentive to eat eggs for dinner instead of something we'd have to pay for ;)

Pat, coming down with the kids' cold, sigh (stand far away from your monitor when you read my posts and wash your hands afterwards, lol)

Omelets are a biggie here. At least one time a week. Depends on whats available as to what type. 1 to maybe 2 times a month a full southern breakfast, with eggs, bacon or sausage (sometimes both), bisquits, gravy, grits or hashbrowns.
Since we seldom if ever eat breakfast, dinner is the only time we get to eat breakfast food. LOL

When I was little, my Mom made pancakes every Sunday night. Us kids loved it. She was doing it because the mix was cheap but I felt lucky.
What's funny is I hate cooking in the morning so looks like I need to make them for dinner.

MMMMM, "brinner" :)

We do that 2-3 times a week, bacon, eggs, sausage, gravy, sometime pancakes or french toast, sometimes breakfast burritos.

Had Lasagna for breakfast yesterday!

I would have sausage, hashbrowns and eggs for dinner every night if I could just get Hubby to cook it for me!
