I don't do well on a lot of food in the morning, but in high school I ate broiled cheese sandwhiches for breakfast every morning. Mix it with a fruit smoothie and you should be good to go.

trust me, I'm no expert on food (huh, Free! :) ) but I do better on just a string cheese and some peanut butter rather than a bowl of cereal.
Sounds good to me!

Mmm. Eggs benedict (been having cravings for this for awhile now) or eggs in a nest. Eggs in a nest is just ham lunch meat put into a cupcake pan, with a pinch of cheese (or about 1/2 of a slice) and an egg in that. Cook at 350 until done. Yummy!

Cheesy sausage cornbread muffins. I LOVE THEM. Probably not the *healthiest* thing ever, but oh well! Link here .

I also love waffles with fruit cooked into them. These are good, too, because you can freeze them ahead of time then just toast.

Another option for a quick breakfast is a homemade oat/honey type bar. Basically a granola bar, but you make it so you can control what goes in. :)

And my favorite breakfast of all time, ever since I was a kid (especially good on summer mornings): tortilla, with a slather of cream cheese, topped with black olives and sprouts. Since getting on my own, I usually make it now with sunflower seeds and avocado as well. This also makes a great sandwich.

Hope it helps!

Scrambled eggs wrapped in a tortilla with some cheese
I LOVE these and eat them almost every day... although I add salsa, peppers, and sausage to the scrambled eggs.

Or spread peanut butter on a tortilla and wrap it around a banana...

or I also really like 'egg McMuffins'... english muffins with an egg, some cheese and a slice of Canadian bacon... mmmm....

during the week I usually live on smoothies for breakfast, then make nicer stuff on the weekends.

My favorite breakfast of all time is "Bam Eggs". It's breakfast on a tortilla. Like this, bottom to top.

1. Crispy corn tortilla
2. Scrambled eggs to which you have added your favorite Mexican seasonings, even a bit of taco seasoning from an envelope.
3. Hefty spoon of your favorite salsa.
4. Diced tomatoes.
5. Diced avocado.
6. Grated cheese.
7. Dollop of sour cream.

I also like "Eggs Migas", which translates to something like "Messy eggs". Basically, I saute fresh onion with diced corn tortilla, then add eggs, salt and pepper. When I am feeling spicy, I add a little chipotle powder. If I want to be calmer, pasillas powder.
