BubblingBrooks, do you have an actual recipe for that? Like how much sugar, juice and water? Then just cover with a towel and leave for how long? Ummm, I just add the water and sugar to the juice, cover it with a towel and leave it alone for a few months
Seems to work fine that way.
Did you do the modern yeast version, or the old fashioned wild?
