Fermented Cod Liver Oil??? Ok.. I will have to do some reading.

I wanted to tell you I got the Azure Standard catalogue yesterday. Talk about crazy. That is one big book.

So what kinds of things do you order from them? Have you always been satisfied?

It's a bit overwhelming.

I loved my last house where I painted walls different colors....kind of different hues of the same shades. The ceilings were a lighter blue than the wall blue.

I loved it! Everyone did. It made the ceiling look high and the light blue I think gave the mental illusion of light blue sky. We live were the sky is actually often gray and rainy.

I did another wall of the room a pale yellow. The house looked so improved after that paint job. But I love pale blue and pale yellow.

I'd pick colors you personally enjoy because paint is so easy to change. But I loved having the contrast. In different times of day it gave my house a beautiful light.

Can you tell I still miss that house? We had to downsize to here. We love the property, but I wish I could have moved my blue and yellow house here!

Cream? Something with a slight gold tone?

What color is the ceiling now?

You can take that gold/orange technique right up and across that ceiling and it will look really cool.

I remember hearing somewhere that the ceiling should be painted one shade lighter than the walls. So Wifezilla is on the right track.. Maybe take the lightest creamy gold in the wall and go one shade lighter for the ceiling. I love your room by the way.
