is the buck falling off and the doe not getting pregnant?

or is the doe just not lifting for the buck?

Not sure. I don’t even see action. I know I haven’t seen kits in a very long time. It’s ashamed him talking about killing our breeders we have been waiting to reproduce just because of maybe something stupid on our part.

well take the doe to the buck and see what happens and then report. if the buck dies nothing at all it may not be a buck or may not be a buck any longer. rabbits hav been known to castrate one another

He left a doe in with a buck too long a few times and we ended up eating him later and having to find a new male.

I’m back!! Different rabbits same story. Well kinda. The buck got loose but he willingly allowed me to catch him when he saw all the new friends. He bred 2 does one day apart and I tried to put the black doe in but she runs around the cage unlike the proven does. So the white does are due on the 14th and I am hoping the black doe stops running a marathon.
We have a few mini rex we just bought as food but the original owner isn’t 100% positive they all males so fingers crossed we have another little project.
Just sitting here waiting for her to chill out.

@Alaskan is the only other person that comes to mind who raises them for meat on this forum.

i know nothing about them other than they make good worm food pellets and they have to eat often.
