truly didn't want to do it, but I had to do it.

dragster driver up and down my dead end road. There are 6 houses on my dead end....me being second to last and my pastures all go after my home until you hit the last house...the farm house I bought my land from.

Stupid dragster came this morning early. Nicole inside and I thought, eh, she is inside, he will have a bit of fun and leave. 10 runs up and down, and then I went outside on the porch as he roared by....and gave him a 'get the hell off the road' hand signal (no not the finger lol) and then he disappeared.

I thought fine he is gone. Nicole outside and riding bikes etc. all day.

THEN about 1 hr ago he roared by and I ran to find Nicole...good thing she was inside on her computer....she was in and out all day.

I thought, NOPE, DONE. We all have little kids on the road. 3 of them are in Nicoles 1st grade. Everyone owns a little dog that is allowed loose and yup they are always on the road. Road is 35 MPH. Little kids and little dogs.

I thought I am done. Called cops. Driver saw me on my porch with phone in my hand. He left. Cop came down road to find nothing of course :)

if he comes back I will get his license next time. When I didn't have a kid, I could care less. Got a kid and little dog and all those kids ride bikes etc. Yup I will call.

ugh I tell ya...always something LOL LOL

Oh man. Been there before.

When we lived in town, there was a couple of idiots that would race up and down the streets. I first went and asked politely, several little kids playing out, etc etc.
It got worse. Then I went and yelled.

Worse yet, black tire marks starting in front of my house, blaring music... I wasn't so polite, I gave them the finger, called cops. What a joke.

Still got worse. I tell you, I was hating living there. They finally moved.

All I wanted was a couple of those spike strips, or an electronic gadget to blow the electrical system on their cars......Hubby finally had to agree with me, but said he would not build anything like that for me.

Oh, how stressful! I hope that puts an end to it!(We had a similar situation with people racing cars on the street w/ kids, dogs etc. and one day we watched them happily plowing through the leaves that were curbside for pick-up. Someone put some cinder blocks in those leaves and, wouldn't ya know, one of those poor folks tore his car up on it. The cops weren't sympathetic since they'd been receiving complaints for months and months about the dragstrip.)

Ah, German engineering!

Seriously, dragsters are one fine PITA. Video. Of course, the leaf piles are tempting. Too bad our subdivision has no street trees.

Sorry to be critical, but this isn't SS and the title isn't very descriptive. I thought this kind of post was limited to journals.

under everything living---we chat about everything....everything....everything....so if it doesn't fit anywhere else, and truly isn't a real personal nature, you can post it here.
