canned goats milk question

I notice a much more 'goatie' flavor when it is pasteurized too..

I've only had store-bought goat milk once and did not really like it.

My mom often has goat cream with her coffee, guess it depends on your taste buds, and of course the source..

LOL, I have to agree we all have different tastes, I do not think is has a bad taste or flavor at all.

Hey, here's an interesting fact I heard a while back..

More goat's milk is consumed in this world than cow's milk.

I like goat's milk, actually I like goat cheese...but The Wife or The Kids™ can't stand it....so I don't get it too often.

I am eating a whole log of goat cheese at this very moment...just me the log and a fork! Nah, I'm jk, but I could! LOVE IT!

I keep a nice large log of ILE DE FRANCE La Buchette in my fridge at all times. Ingredients are simply: Goats milk, salt, cultures and animal rennent. Yummy on salads with toasted walnuts, sliced tart apples and balsamic viniagrette.
