Oh jeez! Ok so because I haven’t been craving sugar I need to eat more salt? Can I swap water for raw milk and Gatorade?

You can get salt in pills or capsules, rx or OTC. A good OTC brand is SaltSticks. It doesnt work as quickly or as well as oral consumption.

If you are feeling lightheaded or have fallen, consume fluid, glucose and salt together. When glucose crosses the stomach wall into the bloodstream, it bring 2 sodium ions with, and water follws salt. Its the fastest way to increase blood volume other than IV.

I’m taking a vitamin B supplement. I assume it’s not the same stuff?
Vitamin b is difficult to absorb.. with a shot you have the vitamin.

Iron is also difficult to absord.. the midwives were always "eat liverwurst, or use liquid iron" :idunno. Supposedly you absorb iron better from food, and pill form iron is super difficult to absorb.....

With the last pregnancy we had to do iron shots.... just older, and couldn't get the iron levels up.
