I dislike Georgia. They you with a tag other the Georgia and they stop you. Except the last stretch to Florida,lol I go 90 if I can

i was told that Boston drivers were the worst and that it was always havoc and crazy when driving there. i had no troubles at all, but i'm a very assertive driver and i'm not at all timid. well at least back then. i'm pretty sure i'd die if i went back and did some of the things i used to consider normal.

two of the three i've done, but that was some years ago now so i'm sure they're worse now. i'll just take a pass.

we have about 10 traffic lights within a 17 mile radius of us and most of them are at the limits of that. it is rural and farmlands, woodlands, wildlife refuge/wetlands, rivers, ponds (all the big ones are man made), etc. flat, flat, flat.

I hear you loud and clear about memphis, I don't feel safe either, so you are not alone

But I don't like to drive in any city anymore, none of them. When available I take an alternate route or the furthest bypass from a city I can. It's usually faster anyways.

the weather is looking ok for Friday and Saturday. colder Friday than Saturday.

the messy stuff is in the forecast for Wednesday and Thursday but hopefully it will be as forecast and not too much accumulation to deal with. might still be some mess in spot, but hoping it won't be too bad to keep people from showing up.

be careful on the roads and if near dusk or dawn especially watch out for deer, but even during the middle of the day they can show up... so always good idea to keep your attention on the road and fields around as much as you can.

it was a busy day, got home and had dinner and then tucked in for a nap.

i accomplished my mission of getting beans into the hands of people who were planning on gardening and said hello again to a bunch of people that i met a few years ago.

the other part of my goal was to give away some beans and other items i had with me just in case someone was thinking of gardening but did not have much of a budget. also some things were given to me so i was giving them away to pass it forwards.

i also took two amaryllis plants and was able to rehome one of them.



it was also a way to get a full year's social mingling taken care of in one day.
