Oh, is that how you spell it? Did I do the Jethro version?

I spelled pullet as poullet on another thread.....my French roots showing....it made me snicker so I didn't edit it....Spelled incorrectly en francais, too! :rolleyes:

Herbs are hung upside down, so the essential oils will drain into the leaves, supposedly.
When we dry flowers such as chamomille, we still bundle them and hang them upside down. Then when they are dry, we just remove the flowers.
I love the way my car smells when I dry stuff in there. This past week, it smelled like bananas. Right now my house smells like sage, since I was drying some today.
There are different types of chamomile, make sure you smell it to see if it is the right one. It will smell like chamomille. There is another way to tell, but I can't remember it. I just use the smell test. The immitators, don't smell right.
