Chicken stock...a question

I am like ORChick,

I reduce and keep in the frig. Although I want to pick up a few ice cube trays to fill & freeze.

Dace - check out thrift stores for ice cube trays. I guess *all* freezers have ice makers now, so there are usually trays to be had for pennies. They are useful for many things - freezing chicken stock cubes (or beef, or turkey, or whatever), and lemon juice cubes, and chopped herbs frozen in water (most of them) or oil (basil) - and in my case also for just plain ice, as my freezer doesn't have an ice maker.

Good idea.....right now all my freezers are so full that I have no room for ice cube trays.

I always made my own baby food by cooking up veggies, fruits etc and pureeing, then pouring into ice cube trays. I haven't used that trick in a lot of years!
