LOL - you're right about that! I've been making a wine toddy before bed. Not sure if that's a real thing, but I'm warming wine, lemon juice and honey. It's a literal miracle worker and the two nights that I've done it - I've slept for the first time in a week. Might be the formula - or it might be the fact that I've had THREE of 'em each night!. (I was putting ginger in it, but YECHHHH!)
