Coconut Pineapple ice cream (puts you in a summer-y mood)

I made up my own recipe:

1 can coconut milk
2 cups raw milk kefir (or milk)
3 duck egg yolks (or 4 chicken egg yolks)
6-9 Tbsp crushed pineapple strained
3-4 handfuls of dried coconut (I guess you could use fresh too)
1/2 cup raw honey

(note the last 3 ingredients are 'to taste', make it as pineapply or coconutty or as sweet as you want.)

Blend with mixer till frothy, put in freezer and wisk every 45 minutes...about 3-4 times.

or

Put in ice cream maker.
