I sure do need coffee this morning. I need to go out and feed, milk and treat an injured goat. But, before I do that I'm going to enjoy this cup in relative calmness right now - before my day blows UP!

I've been staying up way too late at night. I need to lay off the coffee in the afternoon but this a.m. for now I'm enjoying it.

I've been staying up very late at night lately myself. It's o.k. if you can sleep in in the mornings and catch up, which I did today lol We had a thunderstorm pass late yesterday evening and DS was NOT happy about it. I got to bed after 01:00am only. Thankful for morning coffee to kickstart the day.

Me too! Problem is there is NEVER any sleeping in. Toddler won't have it. Which is why I think I'm staying up late...just enjoying self indulgent tune out me time.
I've really upped my coffee intake over the last couple years, and it seems to have gotten worse since moving to the homestead :p.

But that's ok. In case anyone one missed it, the latest study (of course next week they'll be saying the opposite):

Drinking three cups of coffee a day may help you live longer

Then I'm gonna live 4EVER!!! I like those new studies and I refuse to listen to one that doesn't say exactly what I want it to!

I do NOT trust studies any more. Until recently I was told a glass of red wine a day was good for you. Now I hear even small amounts of alcohol daily damages your heart?!? :smack

Well since most of the studies are paid for by the companies that sell said products.... I don't trust them either.

Oh yes! Especially when they start saying things like you should use XYZ product daily for best results etc.
