Lavender and tea tree on the outside, mugwort tea on the inside. Lavender is helping me not lose my mind right now.Been having some real problems out of my left shoulder, from where I tore a muscle over the summer. My shoulder & neck will pop loudly then the pain subsides and is manageable but if I move it a certain way it pops and the pain gets pretty intense. I think I tore the muscle in two places or tore two muscles IDK... There is most definitely tear in my upper arm because I came feel it with my fingers. I can't feel the tear by my neck but something ain't right, that's for sure. What's a good anti-inflammatory food or drink?

In a way, yes. But my water is broken and I just reached 10 cm. My contractions are painful and close together. They have been for about 3 hours. I’m going to push pretty soon. I just can’t keep them in anymore. But I have to write it down. I want to remember.Horribly exhausting....

Ginger, pineapple and fatty fish can be good anti-inflammatory foods.
