Use whatever enriched dough you usually use (think cinnamon roll or honey buns) separate into 3 sections and roll out long and thin.Feels pretty alright too. Can I get the recipe for that bread?
Melt white chocolate and butter to a thick texture.
Soaked craisins
Grated orange peel, butter, and holiday spices.
Roll out 3 long and thin dough sections. Some dough recipes will be enough to make two loaves, so just double this step. So, 3 strips 3x12/14. Fill each one with separate mixture. Pinch strands together at top and roll under. Braid carefully. Tuck ends. Press remaining craisins in the divets. Brush with egg white. Cook at 325 until brown slightly brown. Outside should have a little crisp, but inside should be soft. A skewer will come out clean. I believe about 45 mins, but I trust my nose and bounce more than a timer when it comes to bread.
Sorry if that isn’t exact enough I kinda go by feel when cooking most things. So my recipes get a little wonky to type.
